- Where entries into the Festival are made on your behalf by a music teacher
We use the information that you have given us in order to check entries are accepted and to administer the festival providing you with required information about your entry and the Festival.
We may share this information with British & International Federation of Festivals.

- Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting the Secretary
- We have a contractual obligation.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep entry information for 3 years. We will then delete your information.
